JCC's peer-to-peer programs provide an effective meeting structure
where participants learn not only from the trainers but also from each
other. The purpose of this program is to establish an elite group of
dealers capable of achieving high profits and to create a way for
dealers to help each other through direct and open communication, thus
achieving operational excellence.
JCC
peer programs are professionally intense working sessions and are not
for the timid dealer. Dealers learn to help one another achieve their
goals, and they hold each other accountable for commitments. Written
goals, action items with timelines, and verbal and written reports are
mandatory to maintain involvement. Each dealer is initially enrolled in
a group based on volume, sales mix, and business profile. During peer
group meetings, members conduct a financial review where dealers
present their dealership data and other members assess their
performance. |
