Manufacturers & Associations

In addition to a wide variety of dealer group and individualized training and consulting services, JCC has participated extensively in dealer training efforts with manufacturers in the agricultural and construction equipment industries in the US, Canada, and abroad. JCC offers complete program creation, design, and delivery capabilities. These initiatives involve many aspects of training in financial management, parts, service, sales, accounting, and rental as well as dealership operations and organizational development. These services apply to both single and multi-location complexes in the manufacturer's distribution channel, including high-level training for field people and other senior personnel.

While working with regional and national trade associations, JCC delivers programs aimed at making your members' business more profitable and more successful. JCC Specialists and Strategic Partners deliver keynote addresses, breakout sessions, and special events on the industry's most current topics. Because of their work with hundreds of dealers each year, JCC President Floyd Jerkins and the core JCC Specialists are often asked for strategic counsel on dealers' needs, issues, and concerns.

Through this focused experience, JCC offers you the day-to-day, "hands on" dealership experience necessary to properly structure a dealership management training program.
