Description
M&A  - Acquisition
We closed a three store John Deere complex on the east coast. Its taken over a year but everyone is happy now! Through JCC's guidance, we've been able to make a successful transition become a reality. For more information about this process, please refer to our M&A page.
Winning with WarrantyJCC Specialist Tony Dunnagan provides real strategies for turning warranties into a profit opportunities. This one-day program is offered as an on site service to multi location operations.
M&A - On-Site Valuation & Dealership Assessment
In mid-April, JCC will conduct a valuation and dealership assessment for a single-store John Deere dealer in the Midwest who is interested in selling his complex. The valuation and assessment is part of the JCC merger and acquisition sequence, which we follow to develop a customized plan of action for each dealership. Please refer to our M&A page for more information about this process.
North American Peer Group 3
Personnel & Staff Management Strategies: Superior staff management is the key to finding, hiring, and retaining quality performers. Bill Bohmer and Floyd Jerkins will discuss the key techniques for doing just that. This meeting will take place in late February. Refer to our Peer-to-Peer Programs page for more information.
M&A - On-Site Negotiation
In early April, JCC will facilitate a negotiation meeting for a multi-store Case IH dealer in the South who is selling his complex. Both the buyer and seller will be present at this meeting. Please refer to our M&A page for more information about this process.
