Mergers and Acquisitions
| 2009 proved to be another year of dealers buying and selling. We were involved in dozens and dozens transactions. As an example we recently completed the sale of a 6 store John Deere complex to a neighboring multi-store Dealer. As the industry consolidates we will see more and more mergers and large complex sales like this. |
Dealer Candidate® Graduation
| A strategic partner of ours is the Canada West Equipment Dealers Association. Recently students graduated from one of their Dealer Candidate® classes. Congratulations to all the students for all their hard work over the past few years. These students can now move on to the Advanced Dealer Candidate® class.

North American Peer Group
| Our peer group dealers made a ton of profits last year. Many made more money than they ever made in the past. We worked all year on expense controls and positioning for the economic swing to occur. We believe they are poised well for future.. |
Aftermarket Leadership® Courses
| As a part of our continued effort to provide progressive services to the equipment industry in 2010 dealers can now enroll experienced or seasoned Parts or Service Managers into dedicated courses. This will be intermediate to advanced class material to improve on their current skills and competencies. |

| Gary Keene has had a busy year traveling around the country and servicing clients with the Aftermarket Profitability Package. During this four - day program, Gary works with your key employees to substantially increase service profitability by installing proven service management processes that have been developed over a 30-year period.

| 2010 starts an Annual Calendar for JCC Campus® | Due to an overwhelming response from dealers, we are now offering an annual calendar of Campus courses we offer. This will help dealers plan education of their key personnel.
