JCC Campus® Start Up Classes
| 2010 was packed full of JCC
Campus®. Throughout the year, we
started up a total of 8 new classes consisting of Dealer Candidate®, Aftermarket Leadership®, Professional Selling® and Sales Manager®. Congratulations to all of
the current students for being progressive dealership leaders and jumping on
board with curriculum based learning.

Partnership with Canada West Equipment Dealers Association
| Jerkins Creative Consulting
and Canada West Equipment Dealers Association partnered together in 2010 to
bring JCC Campus® to Canada. Just this past
year, CWEDA members filled four JCC Campus® Courses including Dealer Candidate®, Aftermarket Leadership®, Professional Selling® and Sales Manager®.

North American Peer Group
| Our peer group dealers made a ton of profits last year. Many made more money than they ever made in the past. We worked all year on expense controls and positioning for the economic swing to occur. We believe they are poised well for future.. |
Aftermarket
Peer Group®
| In 2011 we are rolling our our newest project, The Aftermarket Peer Group®. It will be drawing on the most progressive dealership groups, consisting of all brands and all sizes that want to take their Aftermarket Departments to a higher level. Aftermarket Managers helping other Managers, Holding each other accountable for individual goals & commitments. These are intense working sessions not for the timid managers. Committees will be established for program management, special projects and recruitment.

2011 JCC Free Webinar Series

to an overwhelming response from dealers, we are now offering free webinars
twice a month. These webinars will consist of topics that are affecting the
