Dealer Candidate® Course
The Dealer Candidate®
Course has provided me with knowledge, through both class material and
interaction with other students, of how other dealers and managers
operate in today's business environment. It's also providing me
information on how I can make transitions within our dealership. My
goal after the class "Leadership Development: Roles and
Responsibilities" was to focus on becoming a better communicator. Since
class, I have made a specific attempt to communicate daily with people
with respect to what I'm thinking---which has made my management much
happier and is a real tangible asset. Knowing the instructors have
practical application of knowledge instead of just "book knowledge" is
also very important to me. ---Lynne Bese - Magnum Equipment Company, Stockton, CA
Concept: An aging dealer population has brought the issue of developing future dealership leaders to the forefront. However, most dealers don't have the time or resources to properly train their future leaders on all the various aspects of running a dealership. To add to the issue, industry consolidation is creating larger and more complex organizations, which requires dealership leaders to develop new skills. How do future leaders become more effective in their roles without decades of experience?
Features & Benefits: JCC's Dealer Candidate® Course enables dealers to remain at the dealership while seasoned industry experts comprehensively train their selected staff members in a structured, sequential program. Dealer Candidate® students apply this knowledge at the dealership, and they are held accountable for what they learn throughout the program.
The result---dealership leaders who are better equipped to increase profitability and ensure long-term success.
