The JCC Campus® is a part of our ongoing commitment to dealership development. With a series of different courses available for classroom, on-line, and on-site delivery, dealers have more options to develop their personnel than ever before. These courses and the related services are creating the successful dealership personnel of the future. Our industry has been host to a number of training programs that exist for the development of dealership personnel. Unfortunately, nearly all are event-style training programs instead of providing long-term behavioral changes. The JCC Campus® Courses develop personnel in a structured and manner to become experts in their fields. Each course is designed to address key skill sets and leadership development. They have been developed to follow a logical path with each class building on the one before. Built-in accountability provides evidence that learning has taken place assuring you a measurable ROI on your training dollars.
Whether it's a course delivered online, on-site, or in a classroom environment, students are required to demonstrate their competency in the dealership through a series of on-the-job exercises and assignments. Through JCC's web based course management system called TalkBoard®, students have 24/7 - 365 access to their assignments andsupport documentation. Training becomes more intensive and comprehensive as a course evolves. The assignments and exercises provide practical application of the material presented. Dealers are provided reports periodically or as requested on students progress or lack there of. Phone contacts are initiated to chart a course for students needing more support. The JCC Specialist instructing the class provides personalized feedback to each assignment submitted. Our Project Management Team also performs several follow up actions to help students implement the ideas taught in the classes. We want to improve their knowledge, skills and attitudes. It does not happen over night and requires reinforcement from JCC and the Dealer.
Industry consolidation is re-shaping dealership models. Multi-locations have different needs than single store operations. Many of the JCC Campus® Courses can be brought onsite to your operation. This can save thousands of dollars by bringing the training to you. Customized course content is also an available option so we can customize a specific message to your personnel. We first listen to your ideas and needs to chart an action plan that matches up to your plans and expectations. Through the JCC Specialists group we bring our operations experience to your support staff through online learning. Current courses are offered for hard and soft skill development for service writers, counter staff and lead technicians.
