Curriculum-Based Courses
Have
you ever attended a two-day training program and brought the binder
back to the dealership only to put it on the shelf and go "back to
business as usual"? Have you ever felt you were just sending your staff
to an ideas-of-the-month training program with no real long-term
benefit to the dealership for the amount of time and money invested? You're not alone.
Since 1991 JCC has served North American dealers who seek long-term
behavioral changes in themselves and their dealership staff. We have
the solution.
The ultimate goal of
JCC's Curriculum-Based Courses is to help dealerships increase
profitability by training both their management and staff how to apply
sound business principles. Students who attend these courses not only
learn the concepts necessary to contribute to a successful dealership,
they are able to apply those concepts on the job. | 
| The courses provide
comprehensive training and follow a logical path--with each classroom
session building on the one before. They include pre and post-testing
and built-in accountability to ensure students retain the offered
knowledge and skills. The students are also required to complete
homework assignments throughout the course, and Dealers are kept
apprised of students' progress.
The JCC Specialists
who lead these courses work as partners with the students and enjoy
helping them excel in the programs--and thus at the dealership. The
courses have been carefully designed to cover subjects for which most
dealers request assistance. Depending on the course, eligible students
might include general managers, department managers, dealers, sales
staff, clerks, technicians, or other dealership personnel.
