•Peer-To-Peer Programs: These ongoing programs are designed to provide continuous support and training to group members. Peer Groups comprise 15 - 20 business owners or managers who meet two to three times per year for advanced training in operations, human resources, sales, marketing and financial management. Complete project management is available, including meeting planning.
We currently lead a number of peer groups representing all major equipment brands—giving us an industry-wide perspective that helps provide insights not found anywhere else. These groups include both single- and multi-location dealerships from across the U.S. and Canada, with programs that include financial, operations and human resource training for dealership principals, managers and key employees.

• Association Education Programs: Providing education and training opportunities to its membership allows the association an opportunity to further support, nurture and grow its member base. As the association’s Education Provider, JCC provides a number of services tailored to equipment dealers, retailers, as well as the association itself.
JCC works with the association staff to design and develop programming that will be of value to the members. These programs can be produced as Specialty Workshops® and Peer Groups that are open to all member dealers or as on-site private consulting programs. Our goal is to work together to determine the education and training needs of the members and translate these needs into services and programs that can have practical application in the businesses.
